This stay is in a great location to everything. The beach is a 2 minute walk from your room, and it is actually right in line with a lifeguard stand which is nice because the lifeguard stands are pretty far apart. You can walk, or take a short ride to all the attractions and restaurants too. Understand that it is a smaller business, so do your research before booking and it might be exactly what you’re looking for. For the price and location it is worth it. Upon arrival we were accidentally put in the wrong room. Once we had realized, we reached out to the staff and they took care of us and even upgraded our room. They were extremely nice when it came to that. In the end, it was nice. The view was great, the location is fantastic to be close to everything.

The room was clean and that was the highlight, but the hotel itself is not in the best condition. No lobby, you enter on the side door and the hallways smell like cigarettes though the rooms don't. Good for the price, id stay again but it's definitely not luxury. They did message me the same check in information 26 times on expedia, including more messages during the trip. I only booked a week ahead so they just constantly spammed me which is strange but not a huge deal?

We had a great stay. One suggestion for those with sensitive skin issues, the sheets broke out my skin and I had to wash them then all was good. It was a great location and everyone was friendly!

This is a very dated building right on the beach. We stayed on the 5th floor and our room, while clean, needed some fixing. The kitchen sink leaked and the bathroom door was broken on the inside. Other than that it was comfortable and worth the price. The beach and pool access made it worth it. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot to do within walking distance. This is not a traditional hotel so you take care of yourself and bring extra paper goods and towels. They were upfront about this so we were prepared. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, my stay was decent and the hotel itself was nice. The room was okay, but there were a few cleanliness issues that stood out. The sheets didn’t seem fully clean, and the floors were also dirty when we arrived. I also think the room could use more cookware and kitchen essentials for guests staying longer. Other than that, it was still a good hotel and the stay was overall fine.

When we arrived on Saturday the shower curtain was molded and we notified the attendant at the general store. There isn't anyone on site to assist. We finally got a replacement shower curtain on Monday/ 3 days. On Friday there was water pouring from the ceiling and we called the number provided and went to the general store. We haven't heard from blue palmetto and have returned home. The best part of the whole stay was the pool and the full time residents.

The property is located on a great ocean front location. It’s an older building that is moderately maintained. We had an issue with the hot water and reached out to staff, leaving a message on their voicemail and didn’t receive a call back. Luckily the problem wasn’t major, otherwise it may have ruined our vacation. There are very few pans and the spatula was worthless but we didn’t eat much in the room. The beds weren’t very comfortable but we survived. The best part of the trip was the beach!

The hotel itself was very nice it needs more upkeep like sitting on the balcony the concrete was breaking up and the air conditioner look like it was going to fall out the window this is the second time I have stayed there the first time everything was lovely this time I was in a room that I wasn't to enthused with but the fact that it faced the beach was beautiful I wish I didn't have to smell as much as the dogs smell in the hallway as soon as you walked in this particular time that's all I smell was dogs when I stayed there the very first time you didn't never known it was a dog on property so outside of those two things it was good those were my only complaints but it does need more upkeep and maintenance done

The room was dirty with hair and dust and the floor was sticky when we arrived. The sheets and comforters were wet from the moisture. I stripped the beds and washed them - the dryer did not dry the sheets. The washer and dryer apparently have card readers and so my credit card is continuing to be charges even though we are no longer there. the staff seemed nice the beach view was very nice the kitchen was fine. the whole room was dirty, and the ac did not take the moisture out of the air.
