We had a great stay at Bay Watch Resort! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everyone in our family enjoyed the pools and beach access. Overall, it was a relaxing trip and a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are renovating the pools on Tower 1, but even with that the remaining pools were nice with plenty of room for everyone and the beach was great.

Updated and very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, too. One of the pools was closed and there was loud construction going on outside the entrance; I’m sure this cannot be avoided. Lovely beach view and great price!

We loved our vacation at Bay Watch! This is the perfect spot for spending time on the beach. This hotel was lovely and clean. The only problem was our room was right next to the cleaning staff and it was very loud. All together we loved our time here. We will be back!

Loved the location, the view from 14th floor. Found the jacuzzi tub a little difficult to get in/out of due to our age but the room was very clean. Free parking is a great perk. Disappointed that dogs are allowed on the beach (so unsanitary). Smoking (which isn't allowed) was abundant, on balconies. Awesome amenities, great beach.

The “resort” is in a great location and being right on the beach was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, there were several things that made our stay disappointing. When we arrived, the carpet in our room (303) was wet, as if it had just been cleaned, but it had a strong moldy smell. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable putting our bags on the floor or allowing our baby to crawl on the carpet, even with a blanket down. On top of that, the lazy river, one of the pools, and a hot tub were all out of service. That left only two pools available, which meant they were extremely crowded and not enjoyable. When you expect a resort to have multiple pools and amenities available, only to arrive and find that several are under construction or out of service, it’s very frustrating. The location is great, but the condition and lack of available amenities really took away from our experience.

I was pleasantly impressed with the room size and layout of the room. Room was clean and pools were clean as well. Only thing I was bummed with was 2 of the pools and 2 hot tubs were drained and not in use during our trip. It appeared they where doing maintenance on them but that should have been done during the winter season and not during peak summer time.

We own a condo here and rented a condo for my daughter's family. All of the pools are excellent as are the various facilities. The staff are friendly and responsive. Unit 608 is WONDERFUL and exceptionally well appointed.

The choice of several indoor and outdoor pools was great for my kids. The view could not be beat from the 15th floor. The condo was awesome! Enough room for everyone, comfortable, I was able to cook in the furnished kitchen and 2 bathrooms were definitely appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional with big smiles. We will be back!
