What a fantastic vacation spot! Pick this if you are interested in a relaxing time with friends and family! Away from everything, but good bit of activities on property and excellent food! Overall the rooms are just perfect!!

Amazing resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Pools were great and well maintained and the water slides kept my 11 year old, and me, entertained as did the Tennis courts. Very relaxing and fantastic sunset views. Limited things to do in the immediate vicinty and the buffet food could have been better. Otherwise really enjoyed the stay and made full use of the spa.

Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. Other than that, the hotel service was impeccable. I would highly recommend.

An absolute gem. One might never have to leave the resort due to how comfortable and accommodating it is. OR. It is most convenient to nearly all Crete has to offer if adventuring. The staff are tremendous. Above and beyond always with a smile. The hotel is perfectly appointed with something for everyone.

This must be my best stay at a hotel ever (i’m 37 years old and travel alot). BEAUTIFUL hotel & our room was gorgeous! Nice, polite and service minded staff that always helped me and my gf if needed. Great location with a private beach, great pool area with a nice bar. Spa, gym and 3 restaurants! Our week here was worth every penny and we will love to visit again soon 😊 also thank you for your lovely farewell gift bag with Greek olive oil and candy. 12/10!

Begrüßung und verabschiedung an der Rezeption war sehr professionell und sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir sind auf besserer Zimmer upgegradet worden. Die Mitarbeiter in den ganzen hotel waren sehr freundlich und professionell. Speise auswahl war nicht vielfältig und die Speise am büffet und Kaffee war manchmal nicht heiß.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr großzügig und sauber. Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Royal Suite bekommen. Die Speiseauswahl war umfangreich und für jeden was dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Checkout gab es noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk-was nicht selbstverständlich ist und in positiver Erinnerung bleibt! Das Hotel liegt etwas abgeschieden -aber für Ruhesuchende und zum entspannen perfekt! Das Hotel können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben die griechische Gastfreundlichkeit sehr genossen

Wir haben bei Ankunft ein Zimmerupgrde erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Der Pool auf der Terrasse war auch sehr sauber und mit Meerblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker. Der Service immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Restaurants Mitato und Cretamos sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Super leckere griechische Speisen, auf hohem Niveau zubereitet. Zum Geburtstag meiner Freundin gab es dann sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen und eine Flasche Sekt als Geschenk. Das zeigt wie Aufmerksam und zuvorkommend das ganze Hotelpersonal die Gäste behandelt. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Bra resort

Första gången vi besökte resorten var sommaren 2024. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka och valde därför att återvända. Tyvärr levde inte denna vistelse upp till samma nivå. Även om personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam blev det fel varje gång när vi beställde room service eller bokade massagetid. Resorten är fortsatt i bra skick även om mycket slitage har tillkommit på rummen och poolområdet. Maten är bra och och resorten är mysig. Tyvärr verkar nu även charterbolagen leverera gäster till hotellet vilket skapade mycket mer kaos och buller i restaurangen både morgon och kväll. En helt klart mycket sämre atmosfär jämfört med året innan.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt im Royal Senses Resort auf Kreta Wir haben 5 wundervolle Tage (4 Nächte) im The Royal Senses Resort auf Kreta verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt etwa eine Stunde vom Flughafen Heraklion entfernt und bietet eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre – ideal zum Abschalten. Obwohl der Check-in offiziell erst um 15 Uhr ist, durften wir bereits gegen 12 Uhr auf unser Zimmer – ein Grand Deluxe Room mit privatem Pool. Wir wurden mit dem Golfcart hingebracht, was sehr komfortabel war. Das Zimmer war großzügig, modern und sehr sauber. Besonders der private Pool und die große Terrasse mit Meerblick haben uns begeistert – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Frühstück war solide, wenn auch jeden Tag recht ähnlich. Das Abendessen hingegen war exzellent: große Auswahl, täglich neue Gerichte und sehr gute Qualität – von Ribeye-Steak über gegrillten Lachs bis zu Garnelen und Spare Ribs war alles dabei. Über die hoteleigene App konnten wir unkompliziert Restaurantreservierungen und Bestellungen tätigen – sehr praktisch! Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass Cocktails nicht aufs Zimmer bestellt werden konnten. Laut Hotel liegt das an der Qualitätssicherung während des Transports. Das ist verständlich, aber etwas umständlich, wenn man abends einfach entspannen möchte. Die Hotelanlage ist weitläufig und teilweise etwas verwinkelt – fast wie ein kleines Labyrinth. Der versprochener Meerblick ist eine Enttäuschung

Statt Meerblick, hat man ein Dach Blick, nicht wie auf den Bilder vom Hotel. Sauna und Pool Bereich kosten 40€ pro Person pro Stunde. Im adult only Poolbereich gab es 3 jacuzzi, 2 davon haben nicht funktioniert. Gym super Klein, schlecht ausgestattet. Allgemein waren viele Sachen im Hotel kaputt, man kann es nicht übersehen.
