Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was done within the hour.

We have had a great time at this hotel. Plenty of great dining options, multiple swimming pools, sea access was great. Perhaps the biggest highlight was the staff, they were lovely and super helpful any time we needed anything. The only slight negative we found was the lack of lactose-free yoghurt, which was surprising given the multitude of options otherwise. Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at Marine Palace, it was easily accessible and we had a 5 month old plus pram in tow, pool selection was great and the food was excellent, lovely choice and highlight was the BBQ by the Sea! Staff were all very helpful and bonus of a WhatsApp number to message if had any problems, the rooms and all outside areas were kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, very impressed. The village of Panormos was only a 7-8 minute walk away, very small but lovely village with bars, restaurants and a few gift shops. Would definitely return!!!

Very nice hotel. Big and clean rooms. Frendly and helpful stuff. We stayed in the middle of may, so weather wasn’t the best. We didn’t get to use watter park because water there was very cold. But main pools were warm and nice. So kids got to swim abit. Very nice sand beach. Food was good, alot of vegetables and fruits. Very good coctails. Nice kids club. We used international one. Girls who works there are very friendly and knows how to work with kids.

Nice resort but room was small for three people. We booked a Marin Bay sea view - it was more of a side sea view. WiFi signal was poor. Daily buffet had a wide selection of foods but it would have been nice to have grilled octopus and grilled calamari and grilled sea bream plus some classic Greek dishes.

Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ. Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay.

the structure is very beautiful but a little out of everything. and then the swimming pools open until late with children in the water while you're at dinner, a few things to look at. suitable for families with small children, because all of them have low water!

The Grecotel Marine Palace is a great place for a family holiday. It has great facilities for the children including a great aquapark. The resort is spread across a wide area The pools are great and well spread acorss to cater for all accomodations. The main restaurant served excellent food with a good variety and variation everyday day. There are three ala carte restaurant which we did not try as it was fully booked up for the days that we stayed.The resort is located about 1 hour drive from the two airports and gave us the option to explore the island in either direction. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, an excellent holiday and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Great resort for families. The buffet dinner got a bit repetitive and many of the outside tables were under a roof, but no ceiling fans, so it was HOT. The directions to make reservations was confusing and our one reserved dinner at another site was a huge disappointment. I called the front desk to express my concerns. They said someone would call back but they never did.
