“We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this place. It is beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location right in the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, attractions, and everything you need within walking distance. It made exploring the area very convenient. We didn’t meet any staff during our stay, but everything was well organized. The communication was excellent, and whenever we had a question, they responded very quickly. The only thing that confused us was the parking. The...

“It's pretty and clean ”

“Location, beach, and very good personel.”

“Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Centrally located in the old town, it was walkable to all the major sights and surrounded by amazing food. The room was immaculate, large and spacious, with double-paned windows that blocked out even the loudest of thunder booms. The staff were so kind and friendly, even leaving a small gift and bottle of wine to enjoy. We were super pleased with this stay and would return here again!”

“Subject: Request for Compensation – Stay at Grecotel Plaza Beach House Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing regarding our recent stay at the Grecotel Plaza Beach House in Rethymnon, from 6-11 august, during which we booked a “Petit Loft Maisonette” for 5 nights. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of the standards expected from an establishment of your reputation. Below is a summary of the main issues we encountered: • First room: extremely noisy, located on a very busy street. It was...
