Fantastic place, would stay again. Food and location were great. Only thing I wished was for housekeeping to come change the towels and replace empty products each day, had to call and request these daily.

This was the perfect hotel. The view was more than perfect, the staff were super friendly and attentive to all our needs. The location was super convenient as it was next to Tropicana Beach Club/Bar and Cavo Paradiso and just a 15 minute ride from the town and airport.

I loved everything about my stay ! Tropicana and the staff really take care of you. I felt like royalty at times and protected like I was family. Quite possibly the best resort i've ever stayed at. The location is perfect for relaxing and partying alike. The staff were all amazing, friendly and always helpful. The variety and calibre of the different pools at the property was unreal, as were the dining options at the different restaurants/bars/beach. The room-service menu was also amazing and had everything from $5 gyros up to lobster and cocktails on the menu, meaning you can simply recharge and head out again or have a legitimately great fine-dining experience at your outdoor table. Even the massage at the spa was one of the best i've had. Literally can't fault anything about our stay here. 100% recommend.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. My second visit and the staff continue to be the most considerate and helpful. The hotel itself is breathtaking with a wonderful collection of pools to choose from. We choose to go in May as it is much quieter at this time of year and July/August. We hope to return again soon!

Excellent staff and overall beautiful property. Staff were really friendly. Only note would the room (double room near one of the pools)— lighting and lack of decoration made the room give off hospital room vibes. Sometimes the pool music was a bit loud but staff were happy to adjust volume. Overall great property.
