The property was in a great location, very safe. Lots of parking however staff needed a little more training, no breakfast and because the hotel accepts pets our room did smell like wet dogs.

Very clean rooms. The kitchenette has an ice-making refrigerator unit which was very nice. Pots & pans for cooking are NOT included so you have to bring your own, though the hotel provides paper plates for the microwave and equipment for the bbq grills outside. Bathroom was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've had while traveling this year. On site laundry was also clean and easy to use. Would definitely book again!

The hotel is clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Coffee is offered 24/7 in the lobby. Unfortunately there is no free breakfast. They do have an option to have breakfast delivered to your door the night before and you cook it in your microwave. Plenty of parking. If you're visiting the Randolph area, it's a good place to stay. It's centrally located.

Short but great stay, the suite style room was a lovely surprise. Small outdoor area was great. Mercedes at the from desk was great and deserves to be underlined; jumping into action when the desk got busy despite her not actually being passed her scheduled time. Would recommend and return if we are back in the area.

I worked for many years in the hospitality industry for 2 of the largest hotel chains and My Place Randolph, VT is by FAR the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed I, luxury hotels included. The staff is super welcoming and the property in general, WOW! They surpassed my expectations 1000% especially being a pets friendly hotel. Definitely coming back!

Everything is new and very clean. Rooms are well appointed and roomy. Pillows too plump for me but I always bring my own. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the location right off the highway. Only negative, the humming of the refrigerator all night. Quick remedy was to turn the temperature knob down. Will stay again. Staff was friendly and informative too.

Excellent kitchenette included toaster and 2 electric stove top circles, as well as usual coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Nice landscaping with hydrangeas. Large mowed lawn /meadow area for walking dogs. Outdoor grills. No cups, plates, flatware, pots or pans in rooms so bring your own or pay extra to get front desk.
