“Overall, the service was nice”

“The room was really run down. The AC was not working properly. They have new, nicer looking rooms, but you have to pay at least $300 a night for them. $200, not a cheap room at all, gives you a lousy room. The food was ok. Prices were on the expensive side, but not super crazy. Service was terrible all around. Slow and unhelpful. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7. By 7:20, none of the servers had arrived. Had to leave without service. There were no towels at the pool, and nobody seemed to...

“Will not give me a room”

“I can not blame the property because I was the only guest at the hotel. The neighborhood is unsafe.I would be better to keep this property off your hotels selection.Only one hour of running electricity.”

“there was no wifi at all, i was there for four long days with no wifi. the staff was very nice, front desk was extremely professional and friendly. and it seemed like that management didn't care about the fact that there was no wifi in the whole place. i do not live there therefore i had to pay for the internet every single day out of pocket.”
