I heard that this building was recently renovated. I don't know what it was like before, but now it is outstanding. For another trip I stayed at a rental home in town for the kitchen facilities, and found it paled in comparison to the Quality Inn. Their breakfast was a healthy mixture of items. Their staff was incredibly friendly. They even held packages for me that arrived late, after my stay, and store deliveries that were sent to the wrong address (theirs). Truly the kindest and most hardworking family I've had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with perfect pillows and bedding, no visible signs of wear or tear within the room as is so often the case with similar chains. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated that the staff were all on point and communicated with one another, so none of my requests or inquiries were passed off with the typical "Oh, that was another shift so I don't know/am not willing to do anything about it" type answers that I've regularly received in this area. The location, too, was great, with the perfect in-between location for all things near the CN complex versus all things downtown. I will absolutely be staying here again.

I have stayed there before and it was not as clean as this now and I would recommend it. It is a very clean hotel. They have new owners, and they are making it very nice and it is pet friendly.
