“When we arrived they said there was no room!
It was overbooked. We should have got a massage - not true. They kept on several times. After we ment it was there problem and they have to solve it, they contact the manager and he arranged with a room directly.
It was exactly what we booked.
The chec in lady later wanted us to pay for the breakfast which was included - so we denied. It was in our booking paper.
Later we heard from another guest that he had the same problem with overbooking.
