Vacations Close To North Conway Depot Railroad Museum

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, which made unpacking easy — though with limited drawer space, a few more hooks or a small luggage rack would help keep things organized. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. A small suggestion: an additional mat outside the door (not just inside) would be a nice touch for keeping the room clean. Special thanks to Mike, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable — his helpfulness really stood out and made the stay even better. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location and excellent service. We'd happily return!

Wonderul time

We booked and paid for our stay through Expedia, and there was no clear indication that the fairly expensive accommodation price essentially covered only the room. We were very disappointed to find out that access to the pool/several slides would cost approximately an additional $300 USD for our family of four, which we simply could not justify. The accommodation itself was clean, which we appreciated, but it was extremely outdated — the room honestly felt like stepping back into the 1970s. The FunZone was another additional expense, with activities costing extra rather than being included with your stay. There was also no breakfast, snacks, or other food included in the accommodation price. Overall, this resort can become very expensive very quickly once you add the cost of the activities and amenities. For the amount we paid, we expected considerably more to be included. Unfortunately, we did not feel that the overall experience offered good value for the price.

Le personnel était très avenant et courtois. Par contre les bâtiments ont déjà connu de meilleurs jours. Les tapis devraient être changés et un coup de peinture à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur ne serait pas un luxe. J’ai dû changer 2 ampoules électriques (la personne du front desk me les a remis pour que je les change moi-même). Le BBQ extérieur aurait eu besoin d’un bon nettoyage de grilles. Le petit déjeuner était très bien
