Vacations Close To Polk County Historical Museum

Easy check-in staff was amazing everything about the experience of staying there was amazing. I definitely would recommend going there again.

First impressions were great. The suite was huge! The Tavern was awesome, and management resolved concerns promptly. Its a bonus to have access to a fridge and microwave. The coffee makers were nice for making mini coffees. The only suggestion I'd have is to adjust the doors to not slam so loudly! I'd stay here again!

El lugar está bien solo tengo algunas recomendaciones,las camas se quejan mucho como q están para cambio,afuera en la propiedad la basura esta afuera de contenedor y se ve feo al visitante,pero es recomendable el lugar muy centrico.

The age of the place is part of its charm. It defiantly needs some needs some TLC but the location and staff make up for all of that.

I would never stay here again. Although the property was in good condition the staff were awful. I had a problem with my rental car which I had to exchange. When I told the front desk that I'd changed cars they charged me a $75 violation fee. Also, the front desk clerk Eric said there was a mystery discount for the property parking which he lied about. When I spoke to another desk clerk about it he refused to be of any help. Another guest had the same issue. I've had to contact Marriott to straighten out being charged for a violation for parking when I did nothing wrong. Out of all the Marriott properties I"ve stayed at, this is the worst.

The room floor was very dirty Beatles and love bugs every where. The pillow sheets smelled terrible like throw up asked for new ones then they were fine. Housekeeping is upon request only. Fire alarms went off 4 out of the 5 days we stayed. Woke us up. The pools were nice, nice walking area and activities to do on property. It’s a nice place just lacking in the cleanliness
