Room was great for the price. Comfortable and clean bed. Amazing bath tub to soak in. Mini fridge and coffee area. Got a late check out for one of our rooms. Staff were friendly for the most part. My room phone didnt work and although I told the front desk, it didnt het fixed. If you order food, they arent allowed to come up but no one would tell me it was there si it would just sit in the lobby.

Staff were great, we extended our stay with a subsequent booking and the hotel linked it seamlessly meaning we didnt need to change rooms too. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the rest of Muscat so makes for a great pace to stay. The Breakfast did not satisfy our group but we found local alternatives.

Perfect hotel for a quick visit

Very nice hotel for a short visit in the city. Room was cleaned and perfect for our visit. We had a late flight and we were allowed to do late check out. It made a huge difference for us. Very nice and helpful lobby and dining room staff. Hotel provides free underground parking which was a game changer during high temperatures. Definitely recommended.

Not the standard I'd expect from a Radisson Blu. Location isn't ideal - not much to walk to beyond a supermarket and a yemeni restaurant - absolutely need a car if you're staying here. Pool area is basic but functional. Good pool bar menu. Generally the hotel felt quite tired. Needs some modernisation. Did like the room - while basic it had a separate living area so lots of space.

The hotel is in a good location cloaenll big malls like email of Oman and avenues.. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely value for money. It is right next to Panorama mall but the mall is almost empty. It does have a supermarket and a couple of coffee shops that was convenient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I went to check it out before deciding and I felt the breakfast was not worth what you pay for it (10omr) - limited options.
