We arrived after a late night flight. The staff was very friendly professional and accommodating with our late arrival request. The hotel itself was in a quiet area, pool access and beach access with a walkable trail. The room was clean and cleaning staff always provided good service and requests. The breakfast menu was great with healthy options. Shabnam was very accommodating with our breakfast request every day during our 6 night stay. Thank you for the help and being kind and professional. Overall our stay was amazing due to the staff and property.

What a grand hotel! Amazing place . They are doing extensive renovations and no access to the beach front at all. This place must look amazing when pool is opened. Hope they keep the same elegant feel to it.

Great time with my child at this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a great location with very friendly staff. Great pool and beach access which is great when traveling with a kid. I recommend it.

The Grand Hyatt is a great place to stay in Muscat. While it is a distance from major roads, it is on the beach and has a nice pool. The staff, from Rakeesh running the breakfast buffet to the GM are committed to doing a great job for their guests. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the sunshine. The food is great and the staff very helpful, including helping organise day trips. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Its also right on the beach which is nice to get away from the hotel. Otherwise there isn't much around, you need to get taxis if you want to go anywhere.

My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Hotel is under complete renovation process.all major facilities destroyed. The room itself is perfect. But u only pay for the room. All the rest is not there anymore. Plus you get a complimentary construction site noise all day around. I immediately checked out but the property charged me 1 night🔥

Some may complain that the property is dated but I love the vintage vibe. B'fast is nice and plentiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I find the toiletries rather low quality for 5* hotel and still in little containers. Thanks for having us.

Breakfast buffet is pretty nice and the spacious room, overall my stay wasn’t pleasant. 1.Hotel is old and people smoking and the smell went in to the room 2. Noisy, I don’t know why people here talk very loud 3.i guess I have amazing encounters with people in Dubai UAE. People around here as not as nice in UAE. I wish I stay in W Hotel instead in Grand Hyatt.

This hotel was recommended to us by someone who has visited numerous times and really enjoyed their stays, so we booked here specially. It was an absolutely beautiful property, very conveniently located, had friendly staff (especially Mahmoud), was clean, accommodating, and safe/peaceful. We cannot wait to come again and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We also really appreciated the traditional art work, antique doors/windows, and vibrant cultural influences all around the building. Staying here made our stay in Muscat that much more enjoyable. Thank you to all there.
