Door filthy and coming of hinges, paint peeling of walls, cabinet doors and internal doors swelling and separating from frame, half empty drink bottle next to bed, used bandaid on floor with other wrappers, floors filthy, Blood stain on doonah cover. Laminate peeling of walls. Second room offered almost as bad, no bandaid or rubbish in that one. Not fit for human habitation property should be condemed. Gross misrepresentation on Expedia.”

“The front office staff were not very helpful. We stayed over the weekend and after we booked found out there were no restaurant or breakfast options. We did try to cancel second nights accommodation within 20minutes of checkin, only to be informed the hotel would not refund/cancel second night. Also no service of room on a Sunday. We were not informed of this by the hotel. We received a message on Expedia messages. Unfortunately by the time we returned from our day’s activities reception was...

“Beautiful room with comfy beds n nice shower. Super clean. Unfortunatly the lady at reception said "I have no idea" when asked about our booking. I asked for a room not next to young infants, as we were travelling and needed rest. We were continiously woken by a crying infant throughout the night and then had men cutting trees with a chainsaw at 6am outside our room. Not the rest we were after. The reception was tempory and whole club house under contrstuction reons. Nice spot and may stay again...
