Phenomenal hotel, staff and stay. We utilized the pool(s), pool/snack/lobby bar and buffet breakfast options. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The property was clean the rooms are huge, the food was amazing. 3 min walk to the beach -sector 1. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again if visiting the island! Shout out to the front desk staff and the ladies serving at bars and helping at the restaurant.

Location is perfect, close to the nice beach and easy to reach public transportation (a bus stop is just in front to go to the airport and nearby cities). Beakfast was very nice with many options. The premium suite was big and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Minor point was that the window was not so sound proof, outside noise during the night could be heard clearly.

Nice staff and pool areas. The premier rooms aren't that great. The curtains don't cover the windows and there is no full length mirror (which is essential in my opinion). The rooms are badly laid out. The high table is a waste of space (I can't imagine anyone would sit there). Having the sinks beside the bed isnt ideal and there is clear wear and tear in the room due to cheap finishes. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I am not sure that was worth the room rate.

I’m giving this hotel three stars because Expedia had it as a hotel with a white sand beach. It’s right on the main road through the town, and we had to cross the street and walk a block to the beach. The sand is not white, as described, but the views and the water were spectacular. I also want to mention that our room smelled swampy as did the tap water. Breakfast is a huge buffet with many options. As is common in this area, look out for cyclists.

Great overnight stay.

Not used to largish hotel but this one maintains some tranquility. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but the offering was excellent. The coffee was very good on comparison with other hotel breakfast offerings. A well run hotel where the team know what they need to do and do it well, not an easy thing to achieve. Excellent bed and shower too!

Great hotel and only a short walking distance to the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff were nice! I appreciate the small gift they gave my mom for her birthday (a small white wine). It was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel. And a bonus for them to have the option for transportation from airport to hotel and back. It made our transportation much easier.

I loved it there. Food is very, very good! I do not eat meat. But there was a very big choice of vegetarian food. Prices vor drinks are acceptable. Drinks at breakfast are for free. You can choose different kind of Coffee, Cacao, Almondmilk and Oatmilk. Orangejuice, Applejuice, Water and more juices. Every day there are different menus at the diningroom. Eating was every day a big event for me! The personal is one of the kindest I have ever met! They gave us advices what we need to see of Mallorca and were always friendly. I would totally book this Hotel again! The size of the Hotel ist super good. There was never too much traffic and there was never the problem to get a seat at the pools. You can choose between 3 pools at the outside. One sportpool for adults only. One big pool with a kids-area and one smaler pool with colder water. In the spa-area is a fourth pool. You can use the sauna and the steamsauna for free in this hotel. Until 7pm you can have drinks at the poolbar. After 7pm there is a bar at the hotellobby. You can take a seat inside and as well ourside. Sometimes there are liveacts. The hotelroom (Premium Suits) was very big. The bathroom was clean and there were showerproducts for free. More than enough for your vacation. The romservice takes a look at your room every day. You get new towels every day and they tidy up the room. If you want to explore Mallorca you can use the bus right in front of the hotel! See you next year Las Gaviotas!
