Location is perfect, close to the nice beach and easy to reach public transportation (a bus stop is just in front to go to the airport and nearby cities). Beakfast was very nice with many options. The premium suite was big and comfortable. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Minor point was that the window was not so sound proof, outside noise during the night could be heard clearly.

When we arrived the room needed some more cleaning, otherwise everything was very clean. The surrounding area is rather busy and noisy. Breakfast is great, just not the coffee.

I loved it there. Food is very, very good! I do not eat meat. But there was a very big choice of vegetarian food. Prices vor drinks are acceptable. Drinks at breakfast are for free. You can choose different kind of Coffee, Cacao, Almondmilk and Oatmilk. Orangejuice, Applejuice, Water and more juices. Every day there are different menus at the diningroom. Eating was every day a big event for me! The personal is one of the kindest I have ever met! They gave us advices what we need to see of Mallorca and were always friendly. I would totally book this Hotel again! The size of the Hotel ist super good. There was never too much traffic and there was never the problem to get a seat at the pools. You can choose between 3 pools at the outside. One sportpool for adults only. One big pool with a kids-area and one smaler pool with colder water. In the spa-area is a fourth pool. You can use the sauna and the steamsauna for free in this hotel. Until 7pm you can have drinks at the poolbar. After 7pm there is a bar at the hotellobby. You can take a seat inside and as well ourside. Sometimes there are liveacts. The hotelroom (Premium Suits) was very big. The bathroom was clean and there were showerproducts for free. More than enough for your vacation. The romservice takes a look at your room every day. You get new towels every day and they tidy up the room. If you want to explore Mallorca you can use the bus right in front of the hotel! See you next year Las Gaviotas!

Hotel war ganz ok, aber die Bilder spiegeln leider nicht die Wirklichkeit wider. Frühstücksraum war sehr steril und laut, die Pools waren viel zu kalt, sodass kaum jemand im Wasser war. Die Zimmer waren ganz schön, aber leider viel zu wenig Stauraum und Schränke. Zudem hat der Abfluss aus der Dusche gerochen. Personal war nicht sonderlich herzlich und die Umgebung war bis auf die Nähe zum Meer für uns schrecklich - eine einzige Bettenhochburg und Hotels neben Hotels, leider keine Strandpromenade oder ähnliches wo man abends spazieren kann, sondern lediglich eine laute Hauptstraße. Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung waren bis auf wenige Ausnahmen nicht sonderlich gut.

Ein tolles Hotel. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, leider ein wenig zu wenig Haken im Badezimmer und der Kleiderschrank war für vier Person etwas eng, dennoch super. Sind nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Pools bieten für jeden etwas.

Bel hôtel

C est un hôtel magnifique. Décoration Classe, élégante , épurée. Par contre je retire une étoile à cause de l emplacement de notre chambre. Le balcon donnait sur les poubelles et des travaux avaient lieu dès le matin avec des bruits de disqueuses .Cest dommage pour un hotel aussi joli d avoir des chambres aussi mal orientées , ça casse le côté " paradisiaque "

Tolles, mondernes Hotel und super nette Mitarbeiter. Da wir bereits um 9 Uhr da waren, durften wir direkt frühstücken und kurze Zeit später das Zimmer beziehen. Der wunderschöne Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles super sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die einzige Kleinigkeit war, dass das Zimmer (zur Hauptstraße) ziemlich hellhörig war, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.
