This resort was modern, clean, large room & shower and comfortable bed. ALL the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were excellent. The swimming pool was some with a huge fountain everyday at 12 noon. There were many activities and shows every night at the main stage. The only issue were mosquitos at night during these shows. The beach and shops were a short walk from the resort. Beautiful beach with warm clean sea. Many lounge chairs and thatched roof umbrellas for daily rent. We will definitely return.

Hotel and Room was very clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, a lot to chose from and fresh. The only negative aspect is the noise level of the rooms, but you have that in every Spanish hotel.

Nice hotel with great facilities , mutilpe bars and restraurants . Room was clean and was just enoigh space . Food selection was vast and the drink selection was good too onna all inclusive package . Vegan milks available. Downsides of the hotel include a lack of diverse vegetarian /vegan options , the vegetetarian selection was made up of 2 thpes of pasta , 2 potatoes , some sort of green vegetable and rice . So no actual dishes too eat just sides . Was told by the restaurant manager that when we checked in we would have vegan meatballs , nuggets of some sort but never materialised . Breakfast was the best thing as most days they have tofu and a vegan cold meat . Bu day 3 i was ready to leave as the selection was the same for a vegan like myaelf everyday . Also my room had a few unwanted ants daily knockijg around the bed side table which was lnt a pleasant sleeping expereience . Overall a nice hotel to stay in but far from other restaurants and bars onky accecsible through a ahort car journey or 45 minute walk .

Positive: - Reception was really good, friendly, patient, receptive, provided all information needed without any bad humor. - Half of restaurant cooks were friendly. - Room was cleaned a few days, other not that much. - Plenty of sunbeds. - Food was good, with a good variety every day (vegetables, fish, meat, pasta, döner, Mexican, and a lot more!). - Entertainment was extremely funny and had a lot of pleasure watching the bands, singers, etc. One of the hot spots in the hotel! - Location: not that near the beach, but not that far. An easy walk to keep your health is benefic. Negative: - Pool was dirty, with some parts with mold (it was green, so I assume it was mold). - Half of restaurant cooks were really unfriendly, running in front of you, no greetings, no smiles, looks like they were not willing to work to be there (then stay at home!). - Waiters did not want us to finish our food. They just took our dishes without asking anything. Extremely unpolite! - Besides there was a good food variation, meats were always without any spices (not even at least with salt or pepper!).

Bel hôtel, belles prestations, personnels gentils, déçu par le SPA dont l’eau est froide, très peu de places pour les bulles massantes, jets d’eau, sauna froid sans huile essentielle. L’hôtel se situe à côté d’une station d’essence avec stations de lavages bruyantes… Nous avons su sur place que la ville d’Alcucia, Miro… est un coin dédié aux cyclistes… 80% des clients sont des cyclistes.

Wir haben 5 Tage im Rei de Mediterrani mit Halbpension verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Alles sauber, super frische Auswahl am Buffet, tolle Empfehlungen an der Rezeption. Der Strand ist in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso der kleine Bootssteg, von dem man verschiedene Bootsausflüge starten kann. Restaurants und Bars in der direkten Umgebung. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervolle Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Getränke top. Frühstück war toll. Mittag und Abendessen haben uns nicht ganz überzeugt, aber war dennoch lecker. Trotz Stopper an den Türen, schaffen es einige Gäste dennoch die Türen zu knallen. Sonst war es ein sehr angenehm ruhiges Hotel. Das Bett war eins der bequemsten Hotelbetten in denen ich je geschlafen habe

Hübsches Hotel. Schöne Gläserne Fahrstühle. Frühstücksbuffet sehr viel Auswahl. Allerdings ziemlich kalt klimatisiert. Man kann den strand zu Fuss erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Liegen am pool hat man welche gefunden allerdings hat man wieder viele mit handtüchern besetzte Liegen gesehen.
