Absolutely loved our stay here. They have an amazing buffet selection and the property is well maintained. The people are amazing from the front desk, house keeping, dining and children center. If you’re debating between booking here or another place book here take it from someone who has traveled quite a bit.

The hotel looked nice from the exterior, however, the area around it wasn’t very picturesque. All the staff we encountered were very nice & helpful. The massages were brilliant, we had Gerita ( proberly spelt wrong) who proved to be excellent at her job. Such a shame about the surrounding area.

Lovely family stay, with perfect views of both nature and sea, in a very peaceful and quiet location. Perfect for young families and for those that love a good long beach walk. This hotel is on a league of is own, leaving other 5* hotels behind due to its staff! They went the extra mile 24/7 to accommodate all of our needs, including food allergies. Was curious why this property had such incredible reviews- it looked nice in the photos albeit perhaps a little dated in decor in places. But having been here for a few days it’s really clear why: the staff. I’ve travelled a lot around Asia and other places with high reputations for staff in hospitality but these guys are superb here: very genuine, attentive, thoughtful. The food is also really superb. Was worried the buffet would be a bit generic and poor quality but not only is the food excellent but there has been a real effort to blend in local cuisine from Mallorca wherever possible. Congrats to the team here- true professionals doing.a fantastic job. 👍👍🙏

Five star in its true essence

From the moment we stepped into the lobby and were told "We will take care of your luggage, your vacation begins now" we felt at home. If there's something that stands out with this hotel, it's the family feeling amongst the staff and the service level. There are smiles everywhere from the reception, to the breakfast and the restaurants. In every corner someone gives you a happy smile. The breakfast and restaurants are fantastic and there's great attention to allergies and intollerances which was much appreciated. The SPA offers fantastic heated pool, jacuzzi and there are multiple sauna's for your need. Maybe the only negative remark I have is there's room for cultural differences as many guests are from Germany and are completely naked in the sauna which might feel strange for some but seems fully normal for them. Overall the cleanliness of the spa is amazing. We tried a lot of food in the bistrot and everything was really good. Here as well, great attention to intolerances which felt safe. I really loved that the management and top responsible of the hotel were frequently seen with staff and in the restaurants, not only managing but also helping out with daily tasks like serving drinks and taking breakfast orders. We had our room upgraded which was fantastic and we will never forget our stay at this hotel. While being in family will give you everyday tasks, this is truly a great luxury hotel with a friendly atmosphere and a home away from home.
