Vacations Close To Murgul Deliklikaya Waterfall

Room is clean. Breakfast is issue. Worked with restaurants expensive and always extra charge. Biggest problem is pool. Because, they said use pool is extra pay for reserve. Our kids didn’t use pool and very said. Pool is included for hotel price. Also, front Task people didn’t clear explain hotel service and ignore to complain. I saw it lot of people complained. I never ever back to this hotel.

Laurel our concierge was very responsive via text. Very much appreciated that I could text her - room was fairly clean (make sure they vacuum underneath the table - room 728 (south elevator) room was a great size and really liked being across from the ice machine and close to the elevator. Would stay there again for sure!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Riu in NYC. The room was very clean however a bit too small for 4 people. Upon check-in we received 2 bottles of complementary water in the room, when requested for 2 additional, 1 per person, the gentleman’s response was go to the restaurant to purchase additional water or use the faucet in the bathroom. Another major concern is the elevator system during breakfast hours. Apparently the process to access the restaurant is via the elevators therefore causing an extreme long delays. We had to eventually walk down 12 stories after waiting 15mins for an elevator. Other than that, location is great and I may consider staying here on another trip to NYC.

The hotel was great! We are a family of 5 and in NYC most places wanted us to book 2 rooms. I found RIU and the price was awesome. When we arrived the staff was professional and all of them were genuinely thankful we chose to stay there. The hotel was very clean. There was a woman cleaning the lobby every time we stepped foot in it. The hotel looked super fancy as my tween girls said! Our room was great and we would stay here again! Thank you RIU staff and Expedia.

There is no coffee maker inside room. No free water bottle inside room.
