Murgap Vacations

This loft apartment #316 worked well for me. I didn’t need anything fancy, but wanted to be near UMiami and the beach. Staff are very kind and in office till 5pm. Gave us a discount on bike rentals. Switched our room right away because air conditioner wasn’t working in original loft room. No toiletries provided. WiFi did not work well so I had to go to a coffee shop daily. The place was clean, all door locks worked, shower had warm water, free parking, and has an elevator.

We checked in and no brekkie vouchers given. Assumed it wasn’t included. Wrong, found out two days later it was and we should have been given vouchers on arrival. I was asked why didn’t I ask for them, I’d like to know why wasn’t I given them. Room ok but mattress moves from the wall nightly. Toilet not the best at flushing and water pressure on the shower was poor.

Hotel is in a good location if you are looking for one near the cruise port

The apartment had not been cleaned thoroughly. The bed sheets were not clean and the floor was dirty. I would appreciate it if the cleaning could be done more carefully in the future.
