“Buena playa, de resto nada especial. La decoración no es de mi gusto. La atención muy mala, parece que a los rumanos les molesta que los turistas vayan a Rumania. No entienden ni inglés ni español. No dan recomendaciones...en general muy malo el servicio.”

“This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.”

“Front desk and housekeeping services were spotless. Reception always kind and smiley, which is appreciated and rare in Romania, in general. Indoor pool and spa areas were really good as well. We had two massages (don't know the name of the lady) and we were very happy with it.
