This is a very comfortable hotel with nice rooms and an excellent buffet breakfast with a great choice. The staff were very helpful and offered a great tip for a local Murcian restaurant nearby.

This hotel was about a 15 min walk to the town center. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Hotel lobby was great. There is no coffee/teapot in the room but they sell it downstairs along with a breakfast.

The Receptionist was so lovely she checked us in early and gave us information on directions shops. So helpful. We had a quiet room lovely big bed. We will go back because we had a perfect stay. Thanks so much to the lady on reception who was so nice.

The hotel was very nice overall and staff pleasant and helpful when requesting information. About 15 minutes walk from the old town and 30 minutes from the bus station. A good variety of food and drinks was available at breakfast, apart from a good cup of tea!! An outdoor cafe would have been much appreciated. Restaurant for evening meals is very expensive and almost always empty. More geared to business rather than leisure tourism (in our opinion).

Great hotel!

We stayed for 2 nights a a short city break earlier this week. We do this often and this hotel was very impressive. From the moment we entered, the staff were great! The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully presented and with a great choice. The only complaint i would have was that the hot food breakfast items were barely warm. It wouldn't stop me from booking again tho!

Overall this is a good hotel with central location. Our room was spacious, peaceful and breakfast was better than expected (even some veggies available). Shower and towels were on good level. AC was too complex to use, and there was basically no ventilation in the bathroom. Cheap toilet paper was absolutely rubbish.

The hotel is super nice, service, breakfast, the staff went the mile giving us access to another of their hotels with a pool. The only comment was the air conditioning in our room that seemed not to work properly as it doesn't cool down as expected. We requested 2 times to review but no change. It looks like the temp is set up at 26c. Other than that...great stay for 2.nights.

1. Booked a double bed and was given 2 singles. 2. Queue to check in was long, bar was also slow (there was no kettle in the room as i booked a superior room not a superior view room which is inconvenient). No solution from hotel staff other than go to bar to get hot water 3. Given low occupancy as low season we was given a room next to a young family with 2 children who made lots of noise all night. Simply moving us or spreading a potential issue would have been logical. We got no sleep.

Bad staff in the restaurant

Unfortunately we stayed on the 24th of December, when all the restaurants in the city closed after lunch. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, called Arrozante. The hotel had signs up to announce that since it was the 24th of december, the restaurant would close early, at 8pm. When we got in there and asked the waiter if he spoke english, he said no and just turned around and continued doing whatever. We went to the reception, and a staff member came with us, and then the waiter said that the restaurant closed at 6pm. A 4-star hotel should definetly have a better operator for their restaurant. Unfortunately this spoiled our overall view of the hotel...
