We stayed to attend a show at Skaters Palace. For this, the location was perfect — less than 1km walk to venue. Parking was free, but EV charging required a membership to SW Münster, so we weren’t able to charge our car, which was annoying. Breakfast was very good. Very nice, big showers. Clean rooms. Not the quietest as it’s right next to the Kongresszentrum. Rooms on the parking lot side are worse than rooms at the front of the hotel, despite the street.

Average, get a room away from the main road!

Plenty of parking space at E 5, not too bad. Modern hotel in good shape.A 20 min walk to the city centre, but the harbour area was close. Cleaning was not good, dust here and dust there. In standar room you have no fridge, no coffee/tea possibilites, and no ventilation. That means you have to open the window facing tha main street, with lots of traffic noise. Decent breakfast. I would rate it at 3,5 but landed on a 3.

Noisy.

Very noisy. A lot of people running around in the corridors nighttime. When trying to get some rest after breakfast a cykling team parks their monstrous bus with an extremely noisy generator just outside the window even if it was a lot of parkings spaces further away from the hotel facade. Management could have arranged that. Very expensive compared with the quality.

Hallo! Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war stets bemüht. Leider konnten Sie meine Wünsche nach zwei zusätzliche Kisten weder am Freitag noch am Samstag nicht erfüllen. Schade! Beim Frühstück war alles O.K. Die Parkplätze für die Fahrräder sind zu klein. In den Sommermonate zusätzliche Fahrradparkplätze anbieten. MfG

Unser Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Mehrere kleine Schäden im Zimmer vorhanden. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator (bei fast 30 Grad nützte der nichts). Umgebung eher laut durch Konzertbesucher (wir mussten das Fenster offen haben wegen der Hitze, konnten dann jedoch nicht schlafen wegen dem Konzert). Bademantel war schmutzig, Tücher hatten Löcher. Kein Kinderpreis beim Frühstück. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, bei der Reception fehlte die ehrliche Freundlichkeit (war sehr künstlich). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher schlecht, da dass Hotel eher teuer ist und einen schlechten Service bietet (vorallem durch die fehlende Klimaanlage!)

hallo, ich muss heute eine außergewöhnliche Bewertung schreiben ! Zimmer und Bad in sehr gutem Zustand, sehr sauber, neu renoviert, eine begehbare super Duschzelle im Bad. Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich ! Gutes Frühstück, verschiedene Sorten Brötchen und Brot. Verschiedene Wust- und Käsesorten, Obstsalate in kleinen Gläsern portionsgerecht, dito selbstgemachte Joghurtsorten, teils mit Früchten und Haferflocken, Rührei mit Speckseiten oder gebratenen Würstchen ... Lage hervorragend - in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt oder auf den Weihnachtsmärkten - 200 m bis zur Kongresshalle welche auch für Konzerte genutzt wird. Durch einen Buchungsfehler - wahrscheinlich von meiner Seite - wurde das Doppelzimmer 2 mal gebucht. Dies bemerkten wir erst bei der Anreise Samstagmittags ! Rief Hotels.com an - nach Abfrage meiner Daten hatte ich innerhalb einer Minute eine kompetente Ansprechpartnerin am Telefon.- und dies am Sanstagmittag ! ich schilderte mein Problem und erhielt die Zusage das Hotels.com/Expedia sich darum kümmert. Am Sonntag erhielt ich eine Statusmeldung und am Montag erhielt ich von Hotels.com/Expedia und vom Hotel die Info dass die Fehlbuchung erledigt ist und ich mir die volle Höhe rückerstattet wird ! Außergewöhlicher Service kundenfreundliche Problemlösung ! Vielen Dank an Hotels.com/Expedia und an das Hotel Münster Kongresscenter ! Im Sommer werden wir wieder hier buchen um das schöne Münster erneut zu genießen .
