No AC

AC wasnt working in the first night and they were not any other available room. So i had to sleep in a non ac room with a fan Once they moved me to another room on the second and last night, the ac was on but very low. It was a bit step up from a fan. Breakfast was mediocre

Will definitely recommend

Checked in to the hotel after 22.00 Saturday evening. As the restaurant was closed, we asked for help to find somewhere else. The night receptionist (asian looking man) was very helpful and gave us a few suggestions. All staff we met spoke English. All in all a very pleasant experience

Bad sound isolation

The staff was realy nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. The sofa that was a bed was hard. The double bed was 2 beds made in to one so it wasnt a double bed. We were disturbed by stamping nices from the floor above for the whole night.

Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Lage ist super und es war ruhig. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Manko war das es im Frühstücksraum ziemlich kühl war und es beim vegetarischen Aufstrich und beim Gebäck keine Auswahl gab.

Vi havde været på hotellet ugen før på 5 sal, super fint. 👌 Denne gang (4 sal) var jeg dog noget skuffet over sengene, da de virkede noget over brugt/slidt. Man lå i en fordybning, og kurven gjorde at de ikke kunne bruges som dobbeltseng da der var kæmpe revne imellem. Endte med at sove på børneopredningen med min 4 md, men de var desværre også ukomfortable hårde og man kunne mærke fjederne..

Generel oplevede vi en meget lav service og et “slidt hotel” og morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt. Vi spiste på en mekaniks at restaurant i byen og den kan anbefales en sommeraften

Renovierung erforderlich

Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Nach mehreren Aufenthalten und unterschiedlichen Zimmern gab es immer Mängel. (z. B. Abblätternde Farbe, defekte Türzagen, Schimmel an Silikonfugen, defekter Duschkopf). Der Zustand passt nicht zu den aufgerufenen Preisen.

Ebenso freundlicher wie professioneller Check-in. Geräumiges Zimmer, moderne Möblierung, bequeme Betten. Badezimmer recht altbacken und verbesserungswürdig in der Sauberkeit. Nachts sehr ruhig (trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof). Schöner, moderner Saunabereich + Fitnessbereich im 7. OG - leider ohne Wasserspender.

Faire Preise im Mercure Hamm

Grosser Gebäudekomplex mit Tiefgarage zum parken, die Gebühr 10 Euro, endlich mal ein fairer Tarif. Es wurde teilweise renoviert, dennoch insgesamt Charme aus der Vergangenheit. Mein Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, das Bett war in Ordnung, die Fenster leider weder von innen, noch von außen geputzt. im Bad gibt es noch die gute alte Badewanne zum duschen, sonst ok. Auch ein Wasserkocher mit Teeauswahl gibt es im Zimmer. Das Frühstück als Inklusivleistung geht in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich gesprochen habe, waren alle sehr freundlich. Im Barbereich/Restaurant gibt es zu fairen Preisen einfache Gerichte.
