Ruime suite met uitzicht op rivier en stad Rheine. Jammer dat je voor de douche in een hoog bad moet klimmen. Niet erg veilig voor senioren. Groot minpunt dat je voor de hoge kamerprijs ook zelf je bed moet opmaken, en dat de kamer niet wordt schoongemaakt, ondanks het op tijd opgehangen bordje aan de deur. De receptie wil de schuld bij de gast neerleggen. Geen enkel excuus. Sowieso vreemd dat een kamer alleen op verzoek wordt verzorgd. Dat levert een bezuiniging op , maar wel ten koste van de gast. Een hotel in deze klasse onwaardig.

Wie immer ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Snack und Getränke Automat steht mittlerweile nicht mehr in der Lobby sondern vor dem Frühstücksraum. (In der Digitalen Gästemappe steht noch Lobby) Das Zimmer war für alleinreisende Ausreichend groß. Einzig die wärme im sommer staut sich dort sehr und der zur verfügung stehende Ventilator kann dies nur schwer kompensieren. Alles in allem, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Guter Standard mit Top Frühstück und Emsblick

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück mit schönen Details und wir lieben den Blick auf die Ems vom Zimmer und dem 'Kuppelraum'. Zimmer sind guter Standard ohne Firlefanz mit der richtigen Menge Platz in Raum, Bad und Dusche. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Frühstück sehr gut. Die "Bar" seit einem Jahr geschlossen und wird so bald auch nicht mehr öffnen da sie nicht zum Hotel gehört. Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum modern gehalten soweit man das so sagen kann. Das Zimmer also meines ist eher in den 80igern stehen geblieben. Ein Punkt der mich besonders stört ist die für meinen Geschmack schlechte Beleuchtung der Zimmer ( ist aber in vielen Hotels ein Problem) und das W-lan hat in meinem Zimmer auch nicht funktioniert. Zumindest war das parken Gratis. Dennoch bin ich davon nicht überzeugt das der Preis gerechtfertigt ist im Vergleich zu dem was man bekommt.

Besser geht's kaum! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren auf Ems-Radtour und haben unseren Aufenthalt im Cascada sehr genossen. Die Rezeption war zu jeder Zeit ausgesprochen freundlich besetzt. Es war einfach alles perfekt und die fehlende Abendgastronomie war durch Getränkeautomaten, freie Selbstbedienungs-Heißgetränke + leckere Kuchenteilchen sowie gemütliche Außenbestuhlung am Emswehr gut gelöst. Das Frühstück ist nochmal besonders erwähnenswert: Es war wohl das beste, das wir je hatten - einfach perfekt!!
