The location is a little remote and far from city center. We need to take a bus to the subway station and spend about 45-60 minutes to the city centre or Central Station. We picked this hotel because of its rate and close to the airport which we need to take a morning flight days later. Staff is friendly and helpful, though the taxi they booked for us didn't show up in the morning and we need to get Uber to the airport instead.

The receptionist failed to check me in as “ The system was down” made me wait for 6 hours and slept in the couch, Absolutely horrible horrible experience I would never ever book here again even if it was for free

Besides a lack of basic service such as cups for the room, one of our members had two strange men enter her room after midnight because someone at the front desk had double booked the space. Extremely scary and unwarranted. The rooms were in disrepair and there were issues with upkeep from basic issues such as ripped and torn cushions in the lobby seating area, hall lightening missing, elevators that needed servicing, etc.

Acomodações em péssimo estado de conservação, com o box do banheiro quebrado. Hotel é antigo e, claramente, nao recebe manutenções há varios anos. As recepcionistas são atenciosas.

Es un hotel muy tranquilo con personal atento, amable y su ubicación perfecta para lo que necesitaba, el desayuno podría mejorar muchisimo!! estábamos desayunando mi hija y yo acabábamos de tomar carnes frías del mostrador cuando llego la señorita que supervisa el desayuno y comenzó a quitar carnes frías de donde las habíamos tomado y las echo a la basura a la vista de nosotros, ya no terminamos el desayuno por miedo a que estuvieran en mal estado y los 3 días siguientes que nos quedamos ahí, obviamente ya no desayunamos ahí !!!

grundsätzlich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und durchwegs super freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr hübsch renoviert, haben perfekt gepasst für einen Wochenendaufenthalt, saubere und ansprechende Zimmer JEDOCH Frühstück katastrophal!! kaum pikantes Angebot, wenig Auswahl, die meisten Behältnisse leer, Lieferung war nicht gekommen - kann passieren jedoch waren die Mitarbeiter nicht befugt samstags dann Dinge wie Eier nachzukaufen - für das gebotene Frühstück würde ich nicht extra bezahlen!

Lieber nicht

Ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen zum Beispiel die Duschvorhänge haben mittlerweile fünf verschiedene Farben alles verkalkt und überall Schimmel überall sieht man den Verfall. Abends eingecheckt und ungefähr 1 Stunde gewartet bis überhaupt jemand an der Rezeption war das Frühstück Stück war ne Katastrophe war abgepackt und die Wurst hatte schon zwei Trockenzustände

Wir fanden es sehr angenehm dort. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhig gelegen trotzdem guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Betten waren bequem. Vielleicht etwas zu warm im Zimmer. Gerne wieder.
