The property was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit away from the city centers but accessibility to bus and train was very easy and you could get to the city center in 20 minutes.

Hotel staff was brilliant. Reception desk managed to find me a room for an early check-in during the Oktoberfest. Breakfast staff was very attentive. There are a few places to eat nearby as well as a supermarket. Tram is very close-by. Room was very clean and well decorated. Great value for money.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, hat aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war leider etwas klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Kein Schrank für die Kleidung, kein Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war gut, es gibt alles was man für den Start in den Tag braucht. Personal ist sehr nett.

Klimaanlage defekt!

Ich hatte extra ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage gebucht. Leider war die Klimaanlage 4 Tage lang defekt und das Zimmer bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur viel zu warm und stickig. Fenster konnte man zwar öffnen, aber es war dann einfach zu laut zum schlafen.

A great hotel and a very convenient place to stay if you’re going to a live music event at Zenith, which is around a 5 minute taxi ride or 25 minute walk away; we were in Munich to see the band Pixies. The staff are really pleasant and helpful, the buffet breakfast is really good (with lots of choice), and drinks at the hotel bar were very reasonably priced.
