Good solution quite close to the center if you want to use a car or taxi. Unfortunately it is not close to the subway. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and surprisingly large, with enough office space for a number of people, to work side by side comfortably... Odd choice of décor but made me smile

Snowstorm Munich Dec 23!

Snowstorm Munich December 2023. Everyone was scrambling for a place to stay, Hotels.com helped me find Styles, and it was a miracle! The level of stress was through the roof, but the staff was calm and friendly. The storm left them without staff, but they were still able to get through. Our room was ready and welcoming!

Unsafe and old

We were sitting in the bed in our room and had another guess come in on us. They had given out a working key for our exact room. So i went down, to make sure that everything was fine and that it wouldn't happen again. When I came up to my room i noticed that both our cards had been deactivated so I couldn't get in. We went down to the lobby to activate them again. Every day at least one of the cards didn't work and we had to reactivate them. It says that they have room cleaning every day but didn't mention that you had to say in the reception if you wanted the room cleaned. The carpet is a wood chip pattern, ie the weirdest stuff you could find. The water in the shower and faucet was hot enough to burn you. When we stayed breakfast was 20 euros per person per day which is really expensive. Overall not happy and it is unacceptable to give out a room key of a used room to another guest. We felt like our stuff would be stolen after that.

Wie haben drei Übernachtungen, drei Tage Parkplatz und am letzten Morgen Frühstück gebucht. Das einchecken verlief problemlos, der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Von dem Zimmer waren wir gleich begeistert. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer und das tolle war, dass unser Kind seinen eigenen, kleinen Bereich hatte und es schien sauber. Was uns am Abend auffiel, man konnte nur eins der vielen Fenster ankippen. Es war echt warm und wir sind es gewohnt mit offenen Fenstern zu schlafen. Wie haben die Nacht echt geschwitzt und die Lüftung brachte keine Abhilfe, entweder war sie dafür nicht ausgelegt oder kaputt. Am zweiten Abend vor dem schlafen gehen haben wir geschaut, ob vielleicht nicht atmungsaktive Matten auf der Matratzen liegen, die man entfernen kann und dabei haben wir entdeckt, dass auf der eigentlichen Matratze noch eine dünne Matratze liegt und beim runternehmen mussten wir feststellen, dass sie voller Menstruationsflecken war. Nicht nur einer....nein... mehrere kleine und große und das war super ekelig, das geht gar nicht. Warum sehen die Putzleute dies nicht beim beziehen? Oder haben sie es gesehen und ignoriert? Was uns aber richtig gut gefallen hat, war die Reaktion der Herren an der Rezeption. Sie haben sich entschuldigt, uns glaubhaft versichert, dass dies nicht noch einmal passiert und künftig besser kontrolliert wird und uns die Parkgebühr und die Kosten für das Frühstück erlassen. Super nett und entgegenkommend und es kam ernsthaft rüber.... vielen Dank

Personal an der Rezeption super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr bemüht was den Service angeht. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Tische nicht gesäubert, Kaffeeautomat nicht nachgefüllt. Leider merkt man eben auch in diesem Bereich den Fachkräftemangel, schade. Frühstücksangebot ist gut und dort ist für jeden was zu finden. Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Wer Abends etwas Essen möchte muss ein paar Minuten zu Fuß investieren oder mit dem Auto fahren. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hotels lässt aber sehr zu wünschen übrig. Baustellen rechts wie links, viele Fahrzeuge, Transporter, Lkw's aus unterschiedlichsten Ländern lassen den Eindruck eines Gewerbegebietes entstehen. In den benachbarten Gebäuden sieht es wie auf einer Dauerbaustelle aus. Durch die Flüchtlingsunterkunft in direkter Nachbarschaft sind der Großteil, der äußeren Parkplätze ständig belegt. Tiefgarage steht allerdings gegen Bezahlung zur Verfügung. Für Durchreisende mit Frühstück zu empfehlen, für Familien eher weniger.
