Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Kurztripp. Das Hotel ist sehr gut angebunden a den ÖPNV mit 5 Minuten Gehweg zu zwei U-Bahn Linien. Außerdem ist es genau in der Mitte zwischen Stadtkern, Allianz Arena und Olympiapark falls man ein Event in München besuchen möchte. Tolle Badezimmer und sehr bequeme Bettem

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig und meinem Wunsch nach einer Badewanne wurde entsprochen. Etwas störend war das Geräusch der Klimaanlage was sich nicht abstellen ließ. Das Frühstück war mit 35 Euro total überteuert und dabei normaler Standard. Blöd auch dass mir beim einchecken nicht gesagt wurde dass das Frühstück nicht inklusive war und ich dann extra nochmal aufs Zimmer musste um meine Kreditkarte zu holen, da es nicht möglich war den Betrag auf mein Zimmer zu buchen.

Alles gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt das wir ein Barrierefreies Behindertengerechtes Zimmer bekommen haben, Tausch war leider aufgrund Auslastung nicht möglich. Da hätte man vorher zumindest drauf aufmerksam machen können.

I was travelling with my son and we specifically booked a junior suite so that he could have a sofa bed. On arrival we were told that sofa bed was not possible as housekeeping had gone for the day. They then told me that they would find a solution within the hour. Their solution was to not tell me that they would not be making up the sofa bed for my son- it was way after his bed time. We had stayed in the (very overpriced/poor value) restaurant in order that they could make up the room. At 11pm one member of staff reluctantly made up the sofa bed into a bed. My son reported that it was one of the worst soaf beds he had ever been on. This was in stark contrast to a ski hotel we had stayed in at Kaprun earlier that week - where staff could not have been more helpful.
