We had a great stay! The female employee at the desk in the mornings was so friendly and helpful to our group! It is a little outside of the main city but otherwise loved our stay.

Easy property to drive to with plenty of free parking, outside the main city area, and 24 hr lobby. Breakfast had a good variety, and there is a McDonald's in the same parking lot. We checked in late at night with our dog and everything was super easy.

Great price for a very nice hotel with generally excellent service. Handy for business travel (I didn’t want to be near Munich centre). Free underground parking. McDonalds next door which can be handy for a late dinner. Breakfast had very good variety and good quality

Perfect place for a family

The hotel was incredibly up to date. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It was clean and spacious. They filled our fridge with snacks and drinks everyday at no charge. The parking was easy to access. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. We loved it!

A wonderful experience

The room was so lovely, the staff were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Though it's not as close to the City centre there is a bus that comes regularly with a bus stop super close to the hotel. So many stores around the hotel so you can get anything you want. Would 10/10 recommend.

Good hotel - location not great

Good size room. Cleaned each day which was good. Good shuttle bus to town - shame it doesn’t run on a Sunday when we had all of our suitcases! Also a shame that reception had no ideas about the local bus service. A bit frustrating as Uber cars are not keen to come out that far.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. Upon arrival around 12:00 PM, I was informed at reception that my room was not ready and was asked to return at 3:00 PM. When I came back at approximately 3:00 PM, I was again told that the room was still not ready. The staff member who had assisted me earlier left without providing any update or solution. Only later did another staff member assist me, mentioning that he did not understand why I had not already received a key. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was not working, which affected the comfort of the stay. The room itself appears to be recently renovated, and the size is quite good and comfortable. However, there were renovation works taking place during the day, which caused noticeable noise. This was not communicated in advance. On the positive side, the hotel offers a good breakfast, the room and facilities were clean, and the surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. Overall: Good facilities, spacious rooms, and nice location, but the check-in experience, lack of communication, and maintenance issues need improvement.

This stay is a bot of a secret gold stay. We loved absolutely everything. First of all, there is the accessibility you come of the motorway and you’re there. There is barking inside a garage- safe easily accessible. I came with my elderly parent. The whole hotel is geared up towards accessibility. You can book a room in advance that is mobility accessible. The room was modern clean extremely well equipped and I could’ve not found any fault. What made this day? The most rememberable was the beautiful help at the reception the lady was professional and helpful but friendly she gave us a van to be extra cool in the heat. She explained us in entire building- We have beautiful dinner in the restaurant. It was reasonably priced and very high standard. My daughter had a workout in the gym she said it was well equipped to clean and a great layout. Afterwards, we relaxed on the roof terrace and had a sauna. I have 150% recommend this and I will be coming back myself very soon. Thank you for a fantastic stay
