Convenient location next to the central train station. We requested and received a room away from the train station which kept things quiet. The staff was very helpful and the spa area was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again. I only wish ESPN was included in the channels so I could get a recap of how my teams back in the states were doing.

Perfectly located for Munich main station transport links. Staff in all areas were welcoming and professional. Spa area and pool are an added bonus for relaxing. Le Delice Brasserie is well worth a visit. Nespresso Machines and B&O Bluetooth speaker in the rooms add to the quality of your stay.

The hotel was an oasis and so beautiful. I went for a conference, but I enjoyed the whole experience. The decor is elegant but calming, and the staff are impeccable. The spa is gorgeous with a heated pool with jets that is like a cove, a sauna, and steam room. The room was well appointed with a B&O speaker, plenty of storage for clothes and toiletries. I would love to go back. The hotel is really a get away and is right next to the metro. The bar had delicious drinks and desserts and the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel is essentially attached to the main train station, which is a super plus for daily travel and a bit of a minus in the evening where there are some shady characters on the street. The big minus for us was the fact that the bathroom is essentially entirely exposed to the room, with a sliding glass enclosure that does not block sound or sight. We had a superior room but barely any room around the bed so nothing gained from the supposed savings for not having physical walls for the bathroom. Hotel service is great, check in was super easy and fast. If we had to stay in Munich again, perhaps one of the other many hotels near the train station with real bathrooms a better option.

Amazing staff, greeted us with a smile and a laugh everytime we walked into the hotel. My wife got sick so they upgraded us to a room with an opening window so we could get fresh air in. They made the stay great. Only critisism of the hotel was the gym is very small with only enough non cardio room/equipment for 1 person.
