Modern, clean rooms with decent amenities. No milk in the room - only creamer, but a grocery store and bakery downstairs. Staff were great and very helpful for all of our requests. Not sure who thought it would be a good idea to have the 5th floor rooms accessible by a seperate lift from the fourth floor - poorly designed. Pillows were terrible. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is located conveniently next to the u-Bahn/ close to the Lufthansa express drop off point so access to and from the airport is easy.

Great apartment in a nice, safe, peaceful neighbourhood a short walk away from the English Garden. Bonus of having a balcony, large TV, large shower and comfortable mattresses. Tea and coffee making facilities. Well stocked supermarket just around the corner and a bakers.

We had an amazing two weeks at Pullman Munich! The hotel was great — modern, comfortable, and perfect for families with young kids. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome throughout our stay. This was our first holiday with a baby, and while we were a bit nervous about using the U-Bahn at first, once we tried it, it was so easy! The U6 station is just a few minutes away, making it super convenient to reach Marienplatz and explore the city. The location was fantastic — peaceful yet close to great restaurants, convenience stores, and everything we needed nearby. Perfect for families wanting comfort, convenience, and great service in Munich.

Convenient location 20 minutes from the city Centre. Airport shuttle is across the street. Room is clean and they have a water dispenser in the lobby to refill your bottles. Most of all it’s air-conditioned, much needed in the summer. Would recommend this hotel.
