The room was clean. The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. We arrived at the Hbf and it was about a 15-minute walk. The area felt safe. Very close to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Overall, a good hotel and good value for money. Breakfast is good, except for the powdered eggs. Rooms are generally good, although the seals on the floor of my shower door leaked so as soon as I turned on the shower the entire bathroom would flood so I needed to block the seal with towels. The bed was good, black out curtains and relatively sound proofed depending on which side if the building you are. Relatively close to the train station and the old town. Some staff were very helpful and easy to deal with, others were quite cold.

There was a parking deck on the property, but it cost $30 per night. We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. We were able to walk to all of the main shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and a great way to start the day. The only downside was the air conditioning in our room. We reported the issue three separate times during our stay, but unfortunately it was never resolved. As a result, the room became quite warm and stuffy, and we ended up sleeping with the window open each night just make sure you get a rim on the court side because straight side was very noisy. Despite the air conditioning issue, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, helpful staff, and outstanding location. With better attention to maintenance concerns, this hotel would easily deserve a five-star rating.
