The hotel is clean and comfortable. It’s outside of the downtown area, but the bus stop is right next to the hotel. It’s good value and quiet. There is Aldi Sud supermarket Nextdoor which is very convenient to get breakfast bakery and other things you need. I would stay there again.

I kind of accidentally booked this place. I thought it was closer to town. Once I found out how to get into town, I had a few options and it worked pretty well. The hotel pretty much offered everything I needed. There was a small amount of snacks to pick from, included soup and pizzas, beer on tap, breakfast for a cost, there weren’t too many toiletries, but there was a dispenser of soap and a small teapot with a few copying options. Rooms were not cleaned every day, only at your request. That was fine with me.. You could ask for towels. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a kebab shop next-door, which was great. That was also DHL Parcel shop so you could send packages and purchase things. There was a discount grocery shop on the ground level of the building that was open 8-8. There was no phone, but there was a TV. For me only three channels, I think had English.. Recommended if you don’t mind being a little out of town. tram stops, right next-door, buses, go by and take you to the underground only a few blocks away from there you can go directly to the central train station and down town.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Amenities
The reception area, bar and breakfast area were clean and inviting. The breakfast staff was the most friendly and helpful - great way to start the day. The other staff were semi-friendly. The hallway and rooms needed a deep cleaning and updating. Large areas of the walls, especially in the bathroom, needed repainted. We had a towel that needed used elsewhere as it was quite tattered and had large hanging threads. This hotel provided easy access to public transportation.

Lovely room which was clean and had friendly staff. The location was a bit further out than anticipated with no U Bahn nearby but plenty of bus and tram connections immediately outside the hotel.

Well thought out spacious rooms. Shower is a glass door out in the room space so if you don't like being naked in front of your roommate, you'll have to dress in the toilet stall.

One of the most miserable humans I've ever had the displeasure of meeting was on reception when we arrived. For someone working in hospitality then I would have thought being hospitable would be an absolute minimum. The rest was positive.

Parking is very tight in the garage. Spaces small and turns through stiles difficult. Otherwise everything was good. Pillows firm or soft options great.

Dennoch ok.
