The hotel is new and the staff are very helpful in making our stay plesant and comfortable. One of our meals at the restaurant did not go our way (no fault of the hotel) and th restaurant manager personally apologised and made sure a replacement meal was provided, on the house. Excellent facilities and service. I would stay there again!

Great new hotel, but a little far out of town

Very modern and comfortable, brand new hotel. Great bar and restaurant (albeit, I would have preferred a German restaurant, rather than Italian). Slight negatives were that check-in was very slow and that I was charged €9 for 2 coffees, because I missed breakfast by 4 minutes. Also, the location isn't great if you like walking to places.

There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower when we arrived to our room. There was a piece of plastic in my ravioli which they told me was brought in so it’s pre made, very expensive dining menu for frozen/pre made food. Breakfast they had gluten free options but the dining menu my friend was limited to only 1 dish so had for lunch and dinner. 1 lady in the Resturant was super lovely and sweet. Spa area was out of service no prior warning, disappointing as only reason we booked this hotel and no reduction in price was offered. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for the airport shuttle most hotels include in their room prices. Breakfast was 26 euro each and everything on the buffet bar the sweet treats looked like it had been sat there for a good while.

Zimmer sehen genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön und ruhig, freundliches Personal. Tram direkt vor der Tür. Parkgebühren und Frühstück allerdings zu teuer. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Classic Marriott property with very new, clean, modern facility; very international, helpful and personable staff. Location requires walking and public transport or taxi to central downtown tourist attractions. Excellent location for S-bahn connection to the airport. Would definitely choose it again when returning to Munich.
