I recently stayed at Hotel MIANO in Munich and was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Very good hotel in Munich

I had an incredible stay at Miano Hotel with my daughter! The impeccable service provided by their team truly stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and needs were met. The hotel's brand new facilities are a marvel, and the rooms are not only incredibly spacious and beautifully designed but also equipped with the most comfortable beds. If you're looking for a top-notch experience with exceptional service in a modern and luxurious setting, Miano Hotel is definitely the place to be!

Its OK

Good location. Very clean hotel. With the exception of a coffee and/or a croissant They don’t do breakfast- be aware this. Ventilation system is very noisy even when room aircon is switched off - light sleepers take earplugs. I will be trying a different hotel next time.

I didn’t end up staying, as I couldn’t make it. I tried to call 4 times, email and contact them through Expedia: no response. They haven’t refunded me and still charged m, never even stayed and they didn’t pick up any of my phone calls or email back. So they basically just took the money for free as I couldn’t even reach them.

Great staff, nice and clean room. Close to train station. Hotel is away from downtown Munich, so not a lot of choices for restaurants . Great showers, very quiet inside the hotel.

Waren hier zum Oktoberfest 2025 - klar Preise sind zu der Zeit etwas teuer aber dieses Hotel hatte für uns die beste Preis Leistung in Kombination mit der Lage - die Innenstadt von München ist leicht mit der S-Bahn erreichbar - S-Bahn Station mit kurzem Fußweg zu erreichen - Hotel war sauber und schon ausgestattet. Bedienung an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich / ebenfalls die Möglichkeit auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten und hierfür ein Bier / Cafe zu erhalten - sehr gut. In anderen Hotels wird das mittlerweile wegrationalisiert ohne Gegenleistung.

Seht nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle und auch fußläufig zum Bahnhof gelegen. Ein kleines Frühstück ist angemessenem Preis in gemütlicher Atmosphäre zu erhalten. Das angeschlossene italienische Restaurant ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert.
