We stayed as a group, each using a separate room. My showerhead came off the hose, and although I contacted support, I received a response, but they did not repair it. My friend's room was missing towels. 複数人で宿泊をして一人ずつ部屋を利用しました。 私はシャワーヘッドがホースから外れたためサポートへ連絡をした結果レスポンスはもらえたものの、修理はしてもらえませんでした。 友人は部屋にタオルがありませんでした。
