You must pre-pay for the breakfast that most hotels offer for free. And it’s not that great. Air conditioners aren’t the typical kind we have in the states. My room needed updating like a new paint job and carpet cleaning. But overall it’s a decent hotel.

Our bathroom had no fan and an inconvenient door placement. The U3 is about two blocks away and drops you 15 mins later in the Marienplatz.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. My only gripe was the rooms are quite dark and the desk lamp in the room didn't work. I did report this to reception on my first day but it wasn't looked at or fixed in the duration of my stay.

Klasse Hotel wie man es in einem Leonardohaus gewohnt ist. Klimatisiertes Zimmer. Kühlmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Sauberes Bad und nicht zuletzt ein Bett mit richtig guter Matratze. Mehr braucht es eigentlich nicht.

I asked for room with queen size bed, however, they gave us two beds next to each other with each individual cover. Overall, it is a fine hotel, but during our stay it was definitely overpriced. The breakfast is very good.

Schade, verpasste Chance

Das Ende unseres Aufenthaltes war positiv. Die vierte Nacht unserer Buchung wurde kostenfrei storniert. Dafür danken wir. Der Start war ebenfalls positiv. Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang mit vielen Tipps und Anregungen. Alles dazwischen entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Zimmer sind ähnlich klein wie in einem Motel One. Nur, dass das Badezimmer noch kleiner ist. Wir haben uns aber bewusst für ein 4 Sterne Hotel entschieden, um bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt mehr Komfort zu haben. Dazu kamen leider große Probleme bei der Sauberkeit. Schimmel und Silberfische. Das größte Problem war aber der offensichtliche Personalmangel. Unser Zimmer wurde erst abends gereinigt. Live erlebt um 20 Uhr! Die beiden Damen waren offensichtlich allein für das ganze Hotel zuständig. Das dann die Qualität der Reinigung leidet kann man bei allem Ärger darüber sogar nachvollziehen. Darüberhinaus war an Sylvester und am 01.01. die Bar sowohl im eigenen Hotel als auch im Schwesterhotel gegenüber geschlossen, was dann schon fast nebensächlich ist. Für uns war das unter anderem aber mit ein Grund für die Buchung. Eine Info dazu gab es einen Tag vor Anreise in der Highseason. Vielen Dank! Frau Auer an der Rezeption war dann alleine( auch hier fehlte wohl Personal) die Leidtragende an der Rezeption. Sie hat die Aufgabe trotz der Umstände verbindlich und freundlich gemeistert.

Ich hatte das Comfort Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Das Hotel ist ebenfalls wie auf den Bildern. Man kann in der Nähe kostenlos parken (in der Nähe eines Parkhauses um die Ecke). Das Zimmer war auch sauber und angenehm. Daher kann ich dieses Hotel empfehlen.
