Splendid location, within convenient walking distance of Munich's great art museums and parks, and easy access to a varied international food scene. We didn't try the hotel breakfast but there are many very nice cafes around the area. Our room was spacious, though the bathtub drain and sliding door had maintenance issues. Attentive and helpful staff. No lobby to speak of.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and lovely breakfast. Also a great location for a 10/15 min walk into the main square in Munich Bathroom was terribly small!

I could easily walk to Marienplatz and the Residenz and even Karlsplatz. Several metro stops nearby. Restaurant and shop choices very close as well.

Good find near museums

Nice location near art galleries and museums. The room was large and tastfully decorated. Staff were very friendly. The shower was in a (big) bath without a curtain.

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not huge but comfortable and more than adequate for our four day stay. Excellent sound-proofing from traffic noise. One small issue (OK, two). I'm not a great fan of glass bathroom doors - always feels a little exposed. Also the shower door was fiddly and didn't fully seal so we got puddles on the floor. But excellent value for money in the heart of Munich within easy walking distance of The English Gardens, Marienplatz and the Old Town.

Hotel 's area was good as very near to Marien Platz but because of restaurant which apposide of hotel,it was very noise on night .The room is also very smal as we stayed no:103 ,it is different from reservation room 's photos.Cleaning was good .

Great hotel except for the chemical spray

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. But every afternoon you spray a chemical air freshener, or is it an insecticide, in the rooms and on the landings, and it is very difficult to get rid of the toxic smell, even with windows wide open (and letting in the street noise). At least you stopped spraying my room after I asked. I suggest stopping this practice altogether or at least using a bio spray and less of it.

Very small rooms. One long side of the double bed along a wall. We rejected two rooms for that reason. The third one was still small but acceptable. Thank you for that. Great location. A bit noisy though: temporary works in front of the hotel and a very successful / trendy bar under our windows ( we prefer that than a dull area).

Way over priced for a danged up tiny room

This hotel dared to charge €250 per night for a stuffy, smelly room with a single bed, no desk space and a bathroom with a crampy shower. The room had a lot of damages to walls and furniture. They completely abused the situation of a high demand due to tradeshow. The price should have ben less than half.

Advantages: ideal location, very rich and tasty breakfast. Disadvantages: somewhat dilapidated room, very small bathroom, very small elevator. In our room there was problems with electrical appliances. The replaced switch that didn't work, but the new one didn't work properly either. There was a problem with a lamp in the bathroom and they didn't even try fixing it. We didn't stay much in the room, so these things didn't bother us.

My room was tiny and the bathroom was so small it was uncomfortable. I feel thevroom was overpriced, being so small. The breakfast was decent though. The room was cleaned well and the staff was very nice. I have pictures but i cant upload them here.

Super für Kurzaufenthalt

Lage top, Personsl top, Ausstattung/Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Super Hotel für einen Kurztrip, insbesondere aber wegen dem ultraengen Bad/WC nur mäßig für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.
