Lovely hotel and service. Everything you would expect from a luxury collection. Bed was comfortable and toilets were very well appointed. Breakfast was not included, but we had it and it was lovely. However for a luxury collection some things fell short, not clearing out empty bottles and missing towels after house keeping. For the price paid, really did wish more attention was paid to the details. Overall lovely stay, will definitely come back if I’m in Munich.

The decor at the property is dreary. The color is mostly black. The lighting is poor. It was so dark in the room that I could hardly read a book. I prefer a room with a lighter more cheerful decor. I visited this hotel several years ago and really liked it. They have completely changed the hotel, so I will not stay here again despite the great location.
