Great service, huge and clean rooms, good stay for our family. The area around the hotel isn’t glamorous. We were staying with our 4 young kids and my 71-year-old mother. There’s a gentleman’s club next door and a tram line right in front, which makes limited noise. Overall, the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were nice and the King’s suite was very spacious.

Pros: Clean properly close to train station. Good breakfast. Cons: Room was very hot! No air flow even with window open. Not a pretty part of town. Called first night to number on website (no way to call from room) and left a message with staff about several things now working. No response. Upgraded room was tiny. Wouldn’t stay again and overpriced for 5 sweaty nights.

Property is well located near the main railway station making it convenient for visitors. It was also within a twenty minute walk of the old town retail and restaurant center. The station area itself is under construction so likely more messy than normal. Breakfast was included and was well stocked and the staff were attentive. The same area acts as a lounge so later in the day you could power down with a coffee or beverage. Very comfortable. We travelled just as spring was arriving so the ventilation system had not been switched over and the room became warm through the night. We had a window that opened which we used during the daytime to cool things off. Travelling in Europe means bed linens are personal duvets even on queen mattresses, which are unusual for those of us from outside the area. Great hotel and staff, enjoyed our comfortable multi-day stay there.

Breakfast was very good! Staff (especially the chef in the morning breakfast area) were really lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was small but comfortable, and I liked that if you chose to forgo housekeeping you could get "credits" that you could use to buy soda or snacks - what a neat idea! Location is great - super close to the train station and an easy walk to Marienplatz and the tourist sites.
