We loved this hotel, and especially the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. Our room was delightful. We want to especially thank Peter, who went out of his way to assist us on our travels. The breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this property.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is very nice… not conveniently located in Munich… but the staff actually made this place worth staying at. Lydia, one of the staff at the concierge bent over backwards for our party and was super accommodating. We were incredibly impressed with her professionalism, charm and hospitality and would recommend this place to any traveler based on her performance alone!

Everything else was super, we loved the room which was very spacious with good amenities. Only taking a few points because the check-in felt rushed, we tried asking questions about our beds and parking, got different answers for the same questions and receptionist just told us goodnight in the middle of me talking and turned around to go to the reception backroom.

The property definitely requires urgent renovation. Though it is economy segment it doesn’t worth the price. Amenities broken, carpets have spots, the drain stinks.

Good choice for Munich

Room was a bit strange layout but was fine Missed not having a kettle and tea/coffee in room but water and juice supplied in fridge made up for that. Staff were very nice Evening meals and breakfast were very good in relaxing environment

The room was cleaned and silent. The hotel personnel’s were kind. There was only one small isssue. The room was colder than normal temperatures. Other then this, it was acceptable and we will chose again for the next trip.

Good business hotel in Parkstadt

Everything was clean and fresh. Members of staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. I would like a kettle in the room. A lot of light comes through the curtains, so blackout blinds or curtains would have been better. My room was way too hot (yes, in winter!) and the initial solution offered was open the window with the heating still on. Energy crisis? What energy crisis?! Someone did come and turn it off at the electrical box. The free mini-bar was a nice touch. Breakfast was OK but not outstanding.

I had a problematic experience. Three room changes: first room air condition broken and they let me wait more than 90 minutes sweating before I understood that there is no technician in place. Moved me to a second room with a safe stuck and moved to a third room with a safe broken. It took me 2.5 hours to get a working room the forth one. Poor maintenance ruin the potential of this beautiful hotel.

Für berufliche Zwecke ist das Hotel ideal. Für private Zwecke eher unpraktisch, obwohl wir dort gerne übernachtet haben. Die Bar hatte leider schon früh zu und dadurch, dass wir in einem Industrieviertel waren, gab es keine Alternative. Wir hätten noch nicht mal ein kaltes Getränk mit aufs Zimmer nehmen können. Ansonsten war unser Zimmer sehr geräumig und vom Design einfach mal anders. Die Handtücher waren sehr schön groß und die Seife war besonders angenehm.
