Love how it was quick to get to from the main station. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. They have luggage storage for before/after check out so that was nice.

The area is convenient for its proximity to the main train station and to old town. The area is quite busy and has lots of shops and restaurants but at times felt a bit unsafe. The hotel itself was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Superb, good value hotel perfectly situated between the Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz. Although we had a room facing the street, we could hardly hear the trams.
