The staff at the hotel were very helpful in getting us settled quickly after a long night of traveling. They also assisted in resolving any transportation or entertainment questions we had. The hotel was lovely and very close to the gorgeous garden for walking, and not too far from everything else!

Fantastic hotel in a quiet street located between the English garden and Leopold Strasse. Great Japanese restaurant and outstanding breakfast menu. We will be back!

Great hotel, the location, the staff, very nice. Only downside was the A/C unit, it was a bit awkward with the end of the hose to the unit hanigng outside the door/window. Didn't feel comfortable keeping it open all night. Overall, very happy with our stay. Thank you.

Nice nights. The bed were comfortable. However, at 5 am there was noise from the parking entrance. It was annoying. This should be avoided

Great location

Nice hotel in a good location, comfy bed and loved the sink and vanity unit however the hotel has a few down sides, the rooms are too hot even in freezing weather outside, lighting is the room was poor, one of the lamps was broken and the shower was temperamental. Reception bar area was being decorated which was a bit unsightly as otherwise cool decor. I would have preferred a breakfast buffet as ordering of a menu was awkward.
