Liked location. Room was okay but shower hard to get in/out. Quiet location and comfy bed but small room. Breakfast was all cold and not very good. If you stay, go get breakfast in an outdoor cafe instead. Really nice staff!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Just steps to the tram or the S-bahn station. So nice that it is family owned and run rather than a big chain. My room was ready even though I arrived around noon. Would definitely stay there again.

A lovely clean room, with air con which was a godsend in the 34 degree heatwave. It was a great location at the bottom of the old town and with tram and S and U stations right there. Expensive compared to NZ hotels but staff were great and the hotel was lovely.

The location was excellent—safe, convenient, and made it easy to explore the area on foot or by public transportation. The room was very clean, you could tell the staff did a great job with preparing it for their guests. Because I made the reservation a few months ago, I didn't recall all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. It would have been nice if the hotel provided some sort of information at check-in with respect to their spa availability, and any other amenities the hotel offered. Overall, this hotel offered a good combination of value, comfort, accessibility, and service. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a good location.

Great location overall. We stayed as a family of three with one child, and while the room felt a bit tight, it was still comfortable enough for our needs. The bathroom was on the smaller side as well, but it had everything we needed and worked just fine. For a small group, this is a solid and convenient place to stay.

Great location! Breakfast was okay but staff making fresh coffee and cappuccino made it great! Hotel showing a little wear. We had one small issue where I booked 2 rooms for my family and was only allowed access to one as they claimed the other was in my husband’s name. He was returning the rental car nearby so made things a little difficult. Other than that- great stay and I probably would stay again.
