The Hotel Deutsche Eiche was really great and convenient to everything we wanted to see. The staff were great and helped us with everything we needed from where to park our car to storing our luggage for a few hours after we checked out. The whole stay was great!!

Absolutely one of the best hotels in our 5 week European vacation. Friendly staff, large comfortable room, amazing shower, min bar was a nice touch - the rooftop was awesome. Very clean and comfortable hotel located near Marienplatz and in a very walkable distance to many of the sights of Munich. Our rate included breakfast, which was a good selection of meats and breads. Breakfast hours are 7-1130, so no rush. The complimentary mini bar was refreshed daily with two water, two Coke Zero, two beers, and Schweppes. The staff got us into our room a little early upon arrival with was really kind as we had flown on a red eye. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed in one of the apartments associated with DeutscheEiche. It was fantastic. It had a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, utensils, dishes and refrigerator with free beer, water, and diet coke which was restocked daily. The room was very quiet and even had patio with small table and chairs. Spent quiet afternoons on patio drinking wine (room has wine opener). Bed was quite comfortable. Daily breakfast included which was wonderful. Close to old town and marketplace. Can walk to it very easily. Has many restaurants nearby. One worth mentioning is Monaco for pizza and Italian food. Around the corner is an Asian restaurant which was quite good if you are tired of Bavarian fare. Excellent place to stay.

Excellent stay! All the staff are friendly, helped without hesitation answer questions I had (first time in Munich), and always met with smiles even when they were busy. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Clean room, clean mattresses, complimentary items, central location to everything, delicious food (which I gave compliments at the time!) and more. I would definitely stay again!

Hotel was in great location, room was spacious and clean. Parking was difficult though with about a 5-6 minute walk to the garage and the garage does not open to retrieve vehicle until 0700, making it a problem with an early flight.

All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the included breakfast, which is served in the attached restaurant dining area. The mini bar in the room was free and included four beers, two waters, and two Cokes each day. Great location for our time in Munich old town area.
