i had to stay here when my flight got cancelled. this place has a cottage type charm. my room was beyond clean and cool looking with the wood cabinets and all. it was very quite. the bartender is otherworld cool. the staff really want to make sure you are comfortable. i would without a doubt stay here again.

The staff is less than pleasant. Not rude, just indifferent. It is located in a very small town. On the other hand it is very close to the airport compared to Munich.

Transfer to airport is a big plus!

It's great that they have transfer to the airport. Quite practical! The facilities are great and staff helpful. Speaking fluent english and german, as it should be.

Good to stay over for connecting flight since they offer shuttle service. And the charge was well-explained so there was no confusion taking that shuttle. However, I noticed the hot water kettle had dirt in the bottom. I boiled water to disinfect mosquito bites I got from the room and I saw the water unfiltered.

I was surprised how clean the inside was. The bar and the food was good. However, it appears as these areas could use a few more teammembers as we had to wait much too long eventhough the lady in the bar was working hard to keep us happy. Outside the fazade ist green from algee and a lot of unnecessary weed growing wild. Still your hotel is very good. Sorry for the negative points.

Good for short stay

We stayed at the hotel for few hours at night, just before our flight, so didn't have enough time to enjoy its full services. I did not like: 1) the fact that the hotel did not respond at all to my messages I sent it before my arrival (I sent a message and later a reminder via Hotels.com). 2) Although it is stated during booking, I still don't see why in such a non-busy area, they charge for parking. It doesn't make sense at all.

Good to stay over for connecting flight since they offer shuttle service. And the charge was well-explained so there was no confusion taking that shuttle. Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber, auch nachdem es bei der Rezeption gemeldet wurde, gelang es dem Personal nicht, zu saugen oder das Zimmer tatsächlich zu putzen. Während dem Duschen lässt man sich ein Vollbad ein, da der Abfluss kaputt ist. Teppiche sind nicht nur in den Zimmern sondern auch auf den Gängen, mit dem Staubsauger sieht man tatsächlich niemanden laufen und das macht sich auch bemerkbar, wenn einem ein dunkles Kleidungsstück zu Boden fällt... Beim Frühstück das Personal ist eine Katastrophe! So gut wie alles ging aus und auch nachdem das Personal darauf hingewiesen wurde, passierte entweder nichts oder dauerte 20 Minuten, bis Gebäck und Käse aufgefüllt wurde. Kakao oder Wasser für den Kaffee gab es zeitig in der der Früh schon nicht, was darauf hindeutet, dass vor Frühstücksbeginn kein Check gemacht wird. Ein fetter Topf Marmelade bzw Nutella aus... Ebenfalls ein Indiz, dass nichts ausgefüllt wird, bevor die Leute zum Frühstück kommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nur bedingt freundlich bzw kompetent.
