The hotel is about a five minute walk from a Metro station which is around seven stops from the main central square. Also easy to get to the Olympic Park/BMW museum and the Allianz Arena stadium. Rooms were fairly small but beds comfortable and well maintained. Staff friendly particularly Olivia at front desk who was excellent. Unfortunately had a few problems. The safe needed its batteries replaced on our arrival, a bed leg broke and lost hot water twice although these problems were quickly resolved. Pretty good breakfast also offered. The location is on the main ring road but within ten minutes walk found both an excellent Greek and Italian restaurant and has a petrol station and McDonalds opposite hotel.

The hotel is very good, very new and very clean. The facilities are quite adequate. It has a covered car park. When we checked in on June 29th, the receptionist told us we could leave our car until the evening of the next day. However, the next day, a person named Zubari (after making us wait a long time at reception) behaved rudely, saying that this was incorrect information and that we had to remove the car immediately. While the previous day's employee was very friendly, Zubari was completely grumpy. We will try to arrange our next stay at this hotel to coincide with a time when this man is not on duty.

Everything was very clean and perfect, even the people at reception were also kind and helpful. The room was a 'luxury' room very well furnished and very clean. Breakfast was also very good and Buffet. They take great care that everything remains warm and tidy. Also everything is very easy to reach on foot and by transport. We will definitely return to this hotel
