I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The location is also convenient, situated just across the road from a tram station on a line that connects directly to Marien platz and Nymphenburg Palace. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Munich.

Nice and cosy stay

Despite a minor misunderstanding in the allocation of room in the start the stay was good. Nice room, great breakfast and when in need for an extra night due to a cancelled flight the service was good.

Excellent hotel. The neighborhood has a famous bier hall with an excellent menu. Very friendly. The rest of the neighborhood is somewhat drab, but not dangerous or anything. Metro system close by and a few stops from Marienplatz.

Lovely hotel, room was large nicely decorated, nice bathtub which is a luxury, pool and sauna much nicer than the pictures, easy train to the airport S8. Overall fantastic relaxing 2 nights stay at Eurostar after 3 weeks of tiring Europe excursion before flying back to Canada. Highly recommend this hotel, possibly the best hotel from 5 hotels we stayed in Europe. And for food, there is a lovely beer garden across for authentic German food and drink.

extremely bad trip. I went Munich with my parent first time so I wanna stay in same suites. However, the condition is malfunctioning and we have to change to two separate rooms without any choice. They forget we change the room and no one to make up the room three nights in a row which is not acceptable. I remind the receptionist to make sure they have to make up the room in the second dah and third day morning but still no one coming to do the cleaning. Even the towels didnt change and garbage didnt remove. This hotel is tlly not advised and this make my trip with a very bad memory. Terrible hotel.

The pool is much prettier than it shows in the pictures. I used the large tub instead because it was too late to get in the pool. That was the longest, slipperiest tub I have ever slid into! I was afraid of sliding out of it! I used extra caution and survived the departure. The separate toilet was a good design. The hot water is extra hot; good for cleaning.
