The staff at this hotel was bar none, the best I have EVER encountered. They were friendly, hospitable, and really understood what it means to make people comfortable. Boboev and Christian were THE BEST! They went above and beyond! The coffee was free and some of the best I've ever had. The hotel itself was so beautiful. We cannot wait to come back...WITH FRIENDS!

Great place near the airport

This is a wonderful Place to stay near the Munich airport Charming small town and the hotel is centrally located. The staff was just marvelous. Recommended a great restaurant

We stayed here the night before our early flight out of Munich. It was an easy 15 min drive to the airport. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Was an easy walk into the delightful town of Erding which offered a variety of restaurant options.

We stayed at this hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times. Staff are very helpful and very friendly. The rooms are very nicely decorated and beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Great location across the street from the train station so we took a train into Munich. Very easy. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here again.

I felt that I was mislead be the listing for this hotel on Travelocity's website for hotels near the Munich airport. It listed "Shuttle Service Included". It was not! I had to pay 50 Euros to get to the hotel from the airport and another 50 Euros to get back to the airport the next morning. When I asked about it they said there was "no shuttle service"!!! I was stuck and had to pay. The main reason I selected this hotel was because of the shuttle service. I would like to be reimbursed for the shuttle service. False advertisement!

Pleasant surprise

We had an overnight stay and the staff was very accommodating in getting us an early Check in since my husband was under the weather. He slept most of the day and was happy to have a nice room to rest.. I explored Erding and was pleasantly surprised at what a charming little town it is.

Comfortable, quiet, clean—in a convenient location

This place is clean, comfortable and convenient to MUC—München airport. The staff is very friendly and informative. We stayed here on the first and last nights of our two-week trip. We were delighted to find out that the town of Erding is picturesque and easy to explore on foot. It offers picturesque and historical sites and many restaurants, bakeries and shops. Would stay here again any time I fly into Munich.

Upscale property walkable to airport terminals with large comfortable rooms, wonderful ($$$) buffet breakfast, & indoor pool/spa/sauna. Elevator on east wing is being renovated—to minimize the feeling one is using a freight elevator, I suggest management place a throw rug and some potted plants or some other welcoming decor in the landings on each floor in the interim. As Hilton members, we had to request our complimentary water bottles and bathrobes after checking in and did not get our requested wake-up call, so have a backup plan! But for the convenience of being right at the airport for early morning flights, this is a great choice.
